Caterpillar, the world's largest manufacturer of earthmoving construction machinery, dispatched a team consisting of multiple experts to conduct a two-day on-site audit of Ningbo Tianyu Auto Parts Co., Ltd. after more than a year of communication and discussion. The audit process concluded successfully in a tense yet pleasant atmosphere. After the meeting, experts from both parties also had in-depth exchanges on some technical issues and reached a consensus.
It is reported that each clause of Caterpillar's audit standards was formulated with reference to the best enterprises in the industry. Ningbo Tianyu's passing the audit indicates to some extent the effectiveness and perfection of the company's management system. General Manager Hu Guojun expressed his gratitude to the Caterpillar expert team for their dedicated guidance, and also recognized the efforts of his colleagues. At the same time, he raised higher requirements for future work.
